Malcolm Vinson, a born and bred Chicago man, is a sharp, knowledgeable real estate professional with years of experience in the downtown Chicago luxury rental market. He takes pride in his approach to business and the relationship he has with his clients. Having years of on-site consultant experience in luxury high-rise buildings has been a central part of his success giving him first-hand knowledge as to what a client can expect from private owner’s vs professionally managed buildings. Knowing the ins-and-outs of property management, qualifying standards, and managing client expectations has continuously set the standard for his unparalleled work ethic and innovative approach to the real estate industry.

In addition to his passion for all-things real estate, Malcolm gives back to his community through his longtime relationship with the Chicago Youth Programs. He now serves on the Junior Executive Board and graduated from Southern Illinois Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Business management, along with a minor in Marketing. Malcolm wants to dive deeper into the world of real estate where he looks to grow his business to new pinnacles with Epoch!
